Contest Terms & Conditions:
- All entries must be made via the entry form online

All entries must be submitted for consideration by June 12th

By submitting photos in the application form, contesta
nts are consenting for use of photos for promotional use -
Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID to enter

- Contestants will be chosen by club management
-
Contestants will not be confirmed until $25 entry fee is paid, and model release form has been completed

Only 15 contestants total

Contest is to begin at 9pm on June 26th at Club Rouge Beaverton

Order of performances will be randomly selected
-
Contestants will be judged by a panel of xxx judges in three categories
-
Talent portion (Limited to three minutes)
-
Q&A portion
-
Nude stage dance (two songs)

Winners will be awarded based on cumulative points across all three categories

Prizes are as follows:
-
$5,000 for 1st place
-
1st place winner also wins a professional photo shoot and usage of all photos

$2,000 for 2nd place
-
$1,000 for 3rd place
-

Winners will need to fill out a 1099 and are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on said prizes
